These Terms govern use of Sports Breaking New Planlayıcı ("Planlayıcı", "Service") at https://planlayici.sportsbreakingnew.pro — a social media planning and publishing tool for authorised teams. This Service is separate from the public Sports Breaking News website.
1. Acceptance
By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Planlayıcı enables authorised users to connect social media accounts and publish or schedule content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and other supported platforms.
3. Account Access
Access is provisioned by your organisation administrator. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account.
4. User Obligations
- Comply with applicable laws and each platform's terms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Publish only content you have rights to distribute
- Configure privacy, branded-content, and music-usage settings required by platform policies
5. TikTok Integration
When using TikTok features you must comply with TikTok Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, Branded Content Policy, and Music Usage Confirmation. Planlayıcı uses TikTok Login Kit and Content Posting API solely to authenticate your account and publish content you initiate.

6. Third-Party Platforms
We are not responsible for third-party API changes, account restrictions, or downtime imposed by social networks.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sports Breaking News is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
